2. Shipping Carrier Delays and Damaged Packages: Once your order leaves our facility, RU Chocolate is not responsible for any shipping carrier delays or damages incurred during transit. 3. Hotter Months Shipping Advisory: During warmer months, we recommend selecting overnight shipping to preserve the quality of your chocolates. Despite our best efforts to safeguard the products, we cannot guarantee their condition if shipped over longer durations in high temperatures. We advise cautious consideration of shipping options during hotter seasons.
4. Storage Guidelines: To maintain the freshness and integrity of your chocolates, store them in a cool environment (around 68°F) and consume them within the recommended timeframe provided in our storage guidelines.
